Sync frequency
Setting sync frequency per connection
Every Prequel account will run at a default frequency, configurable at the account level. Unless otherwise specified, this default value is daily (i.e., every 24 hours).
This frequency can also be configured at the connection level (per destination or per source) by specifying a frequency during configuration or in the API.

Allowed sync frequencies
The allowed sync frequencies are every 15m, 1h, 6h, 12h, or daily.
